At UrbanShops, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
Products may be returned within 3 days of delivery if they:
- Are unused and in original condition
- Include original packaging, tags, manuals and accessories
- Are not damaged by misuse
- Are accompanied by proof of purchase
UrbanShops reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving any refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless received damaged or incorrect:
- Personal care products
- Innerwear
- Customized products
- Digital products
- Gift Cards
- Clearance/Sale items marked as Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order Number
- Photos of product
- Photos of packaging
- Unboxing video (recommended)
Failure to report within this period may affect eligibility.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 - 10 business days after inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted.
UrbanShops reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
